Led the strategic design, implementation, and continuous improvement of leadership and entrepreneurship programs that empower women, foster inclusive leadership, and strengthen cross-sector collaboration.
Challenge
Women in academia and entrepreneurship continue to face structural barriers that limit access to leadership opportunities, professional networks, and entrepreneurial support. The challenge was to design engaging, scalable programs that address these barriers while creating lasting institutional and community impact.
Approach
Designed and delivered two flagship development programs with a user-centered approach. Redesigned the Marga Faulstich Program into a hybrid, internationally oriented learning experience, built strategic partnerships, and cultivated a strong founder community. Led the strategic development and operations of the Leadership Program for Female Professors while co-designing executive learning formats and initiatives on inclusive leadership and unconscious bias.
Impact
Established sustainable leadership and entrepreneurship programs that expanded professional networks, advanced inclusive leadership, and fostered lasting collaboration across academia, industry, and the startup ecosystem.

Played a key role in establishing the Centre for Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging and shaping its strategic direction. Developed university-wide communication and awareness initiatives, including #MenForEquality, #KnowYourRights, and an exhibition on invisible forms of violence in collaboration with an international artist collective. Contributed to institutional strategies and digital initiatives that strengthened participation, prevention, and sustainable organizational change.

Role
Designed the end-to-end user experience and interface for a mobile plant care application, leading the project from user research and concept development to high-fidelity prototyping and design system creation.
Challenge
Many plant owners struggle to provide consistent care because existing solutions are often overly complex, cluttered, or fail to offer personalized guidance. The challenge was to create an intuitive mobile experience that simplifies plant care while keeping users engaged over time.
Approach
Applied a user-centered design process from research to high-fidelity prototyping, translating user insights into intuitive interfaces and a scalable design system with a strong focus on accessibility, usability, and visual consistency.
Impact
Developed a complete UX/UI case study demonstrating the full product design process—from research and ideation to prototyping and design system creation. The project showcases my ability to translate user insights into intuitive digital experiences while building scalable design foundations for future product development.
